These La Cañada clients had one goal: to re-create the fresh, clean lines inspired by the homes of Newport Beach. Fortunately for us, that style fit perfectly with their existing cape-cod home and worked especially well for these long and narrow bathrooms in need of a new look.

This bathroom is only 54" wide at the vanity but almost 80" at the shower. The shiplap was the ideal detail to keep your eye moving towards the wider end of the room and the zig-zag of the herringbone tile gives the illusion of more width.
Installing a medicine cabinet seamlessly in the wall is one thing. Adding tile wainscoting and trim around it requires a true tile artisan. Details like these, subtle but no less impressive, were carefully considered and are woven throughout these bathrooms.
