Small spaces, Big use. This client loves color and bold tile. We worked within a pre-existing house color palette of Stratton Blue and Terra Cotta to give her both while staying true to the house's Spanish style. +
Our clients have four girls, so we spent a lot of time in our "use of space" phase getting the cabinet and storage layout just right in the kitchen and laundry to ensure we got the most out of the small spaces.

Small spaces can be great for creative thinking. They force you to see every area as adaptable, maximizing their use for multiple purposes.
I loved getting to go bold on the tile color and pattern. It can be a big risk for any client and these clients embraced it all.
The playfulness of these spaces could overwhelm with their small size but we added focal walls to draw you into the space and lighter colors around it to balance it all out.
